We take calls and pick up cars every day from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central time, weekends included. The online form works any time, and we call back within 15 minutes during those hours.

Same-day pickup is often possible, depending on where the car is and how full the day already is. We'll give you a time on the call rather than promise one up front.

At pickup, before the car leaves, by Zelle, Cash App, cash or another digital payment. You choose which.

No. The offer we give you holds, so you can take your time or compare it with other buyers. It's based on the car you describe, so tell us about anything major that's missing or broken.

Usually one. A single visit can clear two or more cars, so give us the details for each car on the first call.

Yes, all three. You arrange access: tell the shop the car is being collected, or let the manager or association know a tow truck is coming. Mention gates and assigned spaces when you call. If a shop is holding the car over a bill, read car stuck at a repair shop first.

The signed title if you have it (or the papers we agreed on during the call), the keys if any, and access to the car. Take your plates and personal things out first.

Often. In Illinois, tell us which papers you have and we confirm on the call whether state rules allow the sale. In Indiana, you need the title or a BMV certificate of authority, and cars under 15 model years need the title. Read the no-title guide for both states.
